Advanced coding
Sonnet 5 is sold as a coding model across the whole loop: planning, implementation, debugging, maintenance, and large refactors. I care about multi-file reasoning and fewer round trips. That is the official language, and it matched the PR I threw at it.
If you only read one linked scenario, make it the pull request review. Pair it with Claude Sonnet 5 rather than an older frozen id unless your eval says otherwise.
